This is super easy to make and acts as a treat for dessert, a crumble on top of morning yogurt with fruit, or a killer addition to a cheese and charcuterie board. Also, with the holidays coming a great idea to take to someone’s house. Or as a great little snack.
This recipe makes quite a bit, so you could easily cut everything in half.
Also, feel free to substitute any other nut or seeds that sound great to you.
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup raw pecans
1 cup raw pistachios
1 cup sunflower seeds
1cup pepitas/pumpkin seeds
1 cup maple syrup
1 T pink Himalayan salt
Preheat oven to 325
Combine all the nuts and seeds in a bowl and stir to mix. Add the maple syrup and salt. Mix thoroughly to combine. Pour into a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 1 hour. Remove the solid chunk from the pan and break into pieces or bars.
