This pink milk is so pretty. ITs so easy to make, I’m not even sure it is a “recipe” to outline. Still… in case, you’ve yet to try making your own strawberry, I’m gonna share with you how I make mine… the healthier way. (of course)

This strawberry milk is thick, creamy, light and fresh and actually tastes like strawberries! No fake ingredients or chemical after taste or crazy post sugar crash. Something you can feel really good about giving your kids or yourself for a treat, snack, breakfast, pre/post workout fuel or dessert!

Simple Healthy Homemade



1 cup unsweetened (vanilla-optional) almond milk (or your milk of choice)

1 cup of strawberries, fresh or frozen

1/2 teaspoon high quality vanilla extract

1/2-1 cup ice

Stevia, Monk Fruit sugar, or Honey to sweeten to taste. (this is to taste.. sometimes the strawberries are so sweet you may not need any additional sweetener.)


Place all ingredients in blender and blend until combined and smooth. Taste and adjust according to your liking. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a sliced strawberry or sprig of mint.
