Granted, I AM a health coach… and I’ve dedicated 15 years in the health and fitness world to learning and teaching… AND… I promise you, I’ve heard every excuse in the book. ⠀
“I’m too busy, I work 18 hour days”, “No time to cook” ⠀
“I have 3 kids who don’t let me pee in privacy let alone cook a meal”, ⠀
“I don’t even know how to boil water” ⠀
“Money is tight and healthy food is too pricey”.⠀
These are excuses. And you know it. ⠀
I WILL NOT SUGAR COAT THIS: ⠀
(because –> sugar-free zone)⠀
Being healthy needs to become a priority for you. ⠀
And if it’s not, I ask you “why isn’t it?”⠀
It takes a little knowledge and guidance, it DOES take a little prep time, and mostly it takes the desire and commitment to wanting to be healthier. ⠀
You don’t have to resort to fast food drive thru lines. You don’t HAVE to hire a meal prep and delivery service (although they’re great too). You don’t have to starve through the day because there are no healthy options around your office. ⠀
You just have to be willing and wanting to do better… because you love yourself enough to take care of yourself.
The resources are totally out there. Health Coaches, Nutritionists, RD’s, Functional Medicine Dr.’s, and tons of information on the internet… you can do this. ⠀
